We are currently shipping our products to the United States and offering free shipping on all of them. All our orders are processed and shipped within 2-6 business days. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not processed until the following business day. Once your order is shipped we will send you an email giving you the shipping details and tracking information with a link.

If your product is not the right size or if you are not satisfied with it for any reason, you can request a refund and return your item within 30 days of your original purchase. Voran is fully responsible for return shipping costs.

If you need to return or exchange your product, please contact us with your order number by email at customerservice@voran.us. We will be pleased to help.

We will reimburse you for the returned item no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive it. We will use the same payment method as you have used for the order and you will not be charged with any fees for such reimbursement.
